Taeler Paige Hammond, MA is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist from Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University (Chicago, 2012) and her Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (Chicago, 2019). Taeler holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, and Board Leadership.
Taeler is a dynamic consultant and trainer with several years of experience in IT & Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, and Learning & Development. Prior to starting her business, Taeler worked in the insurance industry for ten years, and has been actively involved in the diversity, equity, & inclusion space since 2018. She is also actively involved in her local LGBT Chamber of Commerce, HR Hot Seat, National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) LA Chapter and The H.E.ART Performing Arts. She is known as an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective, as well as an appreciation for human capital. Taeler is known for helping organizations crack the code on their personnel challenges to foster more dynamic, efficient, collaborative, and inclusive work environments through the proper and positive implementation of change.
